The successful candidate will have a strong background in Estate Tax Law, with a passion for providing exceptional legal services. The Associate Attorney will work closely with a team of experienced lawyers, handling a broad range of legal issues related to estate planning and taxation. Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice on matters related to estate planning and taxation. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and tax forms. Represent clients before tax authorities and in court proceedings. Conduct comprehensive research on complex legal issues related to estate tax law. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. Job Details Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on estate tax law. Proven track record of successfully handling estate tax cases. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
