If you're looking for a role where your work directly translates to improving someone's quality of life and are experienced in a healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply.What the Role Entails:Personal Support: Directly assisting residents with activities of daily living and self-care routines.Health & Behavioral Monitoring: Diligent observation and documentation of residents' health status, daily activities, tracking specific objectives, and noting behavioral progress.Structured Engagement: Contributing to and participating in activities, both within our facilities and in community settings.Environment Maintenance: Ensuring a healthy, clean, and comfortable living environment is maintained for all residents.Professional Development: Committing to ongoing professional growth.What We Require:Experience & CredentialsHealthcare Experience Preferred: Priority will be given to candidates with professional experience in the medical field or a healthcare setting. Relevant certifications such as Direct Support Professional (DSP), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Medical Assistant (MA) are highly desirable.Direct Experience: A minimum of one year of experience caregiving or working with adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or mental health concerns.Core Qualities & SkillsCore Qualities: A compassionate demeanor, exceptional patience, and the ability to build professional rapport.Team-Oriented Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a diverse team.Reliable Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Commitment to Standards: A professional attitude and appearance are consistently expected.Mandatory Requirements & Certifications:Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S.Possession of (or immediate willingness to obtain): DSP 1 & 2 Certification, Adult CPR/First Aid Certification, and CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification.Ability to successfully obtain a fingerprint clearance from Community Care Licensing.Current health screening and TB test (or ability to obtain promptly).Valid State ID. recblid icq2431x1aylxq31kx4k8dsjrmgga8
