Our firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney who is adept at handling a large caseload and familiar with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and working toward a resolution. Responsibilities * Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients * Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings * Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts * Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions * Get appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responses Qualifications * Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school * At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney * Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision * Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations * Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills * At least 10+ years of litigation experience. xuwmhxw * Applicants must have trial, mediation, and evidentiary hearing experience.
