Key *****

Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and assist with general ledger corrections in collaboration with a CPA.

Process payroll, including some prevailing wage calculations, and manage month-end and tax reporting for both Oregon and Washington.

Prepare and review P&L statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Work with the team to ensure smooth financial operations and timely completion of tasks.

Accounting experience within the construction industry.

Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing, including prevailing wage.

Nice to *****

Experience using QuickBooks is a plus.
