HIRING - Auto Body Technician– Madison, AL 1st Shift– Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Fridays 7:30 AM–2:00 PM Pay: 18 per hour Responsibilities Sands & prepares Modular box. Applies Bondo compound to areas of box that require smoothing. Grind & sand bonded areas to develop a smooth, paintable finish. Applies tape & paper to box in preparation for painting & other operations. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 6 months of operating an Orbital Sander & DA Sander be familiar with an automotive body shop. Must be able to wear respiratory equipment. Must be able to pus & lift up to 80lbs Must be able to reach, stand, kneel, bend, stoop, & twist to accomplish tasks. Ability to work with hand tools, sanders, & buffing equipment. Must be able to follow instructions.
