Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Reconciliations: Perform balance sheet and bank account reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy. General Ledger Maintenance: Ensure that the general ledger is accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards and regulations. Month-End Close: Lead and assist with the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate data preparation. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounting procedures and internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide accounting support on special projects and reporting as needed. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (experience with ERP systems is a plus). Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.). Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all financial reporting and reconciliations. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain financial data in a clear and concise manner. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
