We are seeking a licensed Architect Project Manager to lead and coordinate architectural projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture and project management, demonstrating expertise in various design software and construction processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. *Duties* * Oversee all phases of residential and hospitality architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Develop project schedules and manage resources effectively to meet project milestones. * Collaborate with internal team, contractors, and stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations. * Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Bluebeam for drafting and design tasks. Our office primarily utilizes Revit. * Conduct construction estimating and budgeting to ensure financial feasibility of projects. * Manage contracts and negotiations with vendors and subcontractors. * Lead business development efforts to secure new projects and maintain client relationships. * Coordinate renovation and interior design efforts as needed throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards for multi-state & jurisdiction projects *Skills* * Proficiency in project scheduling tools and techniques. * Experience with architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and hand sketching. * Strong time and negotiation skills for contract management and vendor relations. * Knowledge of construction estimating practices and budgeting principles. * Familiarity with construction management processes and renovation techniques. * Ability to draft and redline detailed architectural plans while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering quality results under pressure.
