Job Description Litigation Attorney - (All Levels) Columbus, Ohio Seeking seasoned civil litigation attorneys We currently have openings available for attorneys at various levels. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of recent civil litigation experience to be considered, but we also welcome mid-to-senior-level attorneys to apply. If you're looking for a competitive compensation package, opportunities for growth and advancement, and an environment that promotes work-life balance, don't hesitate to apply today Responsibilities: * Provide independent case support. * Effectively interact with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys. * Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses. * Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and oversee junior attorneys. * Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents. * Assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions. * Prepare for and defend depositions of witnesses. * Participate in court hearings and mediations. * Supervise junior attorneys and paralegal staff in trial and arbitration preparations. * Deliver exceptional service to all clients. Qualifications: * Licensed in good standing with the Ohio State Bar. * Two or more years of civil litigation experience. * Ability to work independently while managing a heavy caseload. * Strong research and writing skills. * Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence. * Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail. * Strong communication and time management skills.
