We are looking for a friendly, hardworking and dedicated Team Lead to join us at our beautiful Green Bay community. This is a great position for an experienced CNA or Caregiver who is looking to make the next step. This position along with working as a caregiver and ensuring our residents are getting the care they need will also be helping to grow and develop our caregivers. We are looking for someone experience who can share that with our staff and help lead them. Other duties will be things such as completing 14-30-90 day performance review, assisting with new hire training, will conduct QA audits and helping keep a positive environment.
