Schedule: 6am - until finished, Monday - Friday Pay: Up to $35/hr. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar inverters, panels, string boxes, and related components. Support commissioning of solar arrays and monitoring systems. Install batteries and backup systems (Enphase, LG, and more). Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues (shorts, outages, faults). Safely complete electrical wiring for solar systems (AC & DC). Conduct voltage testing with proper PPE and safety practices. Maintain accurate documentation and manage RMA processes. Deliver outstanding customer service by explaining system use and care. Qualifications: Must be an Electrician and have worked in the Solar Industry previously (Must be a certified electrician). Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting and solar/battery backup systems. Comfortable working at heights, on rooftops, ladders, and in tight spaces. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and stay active on the job. Strong mechanical/technical aptitude with hand, power, and diagnostic tools.
