This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to implement and maintain our ISO 9001-certified quality management system while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

This role is essential in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. The Quality Engineer will work cross-functionally to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and lead quality initiatives throughout the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and enhance quality control techniques to improve product reliability and efficiency.

-Collaborate with engineering on process and design changes to maintain quality standards.

-Design and implement data collection systems to analyze and monitor quality metrics.

-Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality compliance.

-Oversee internal audits to ensure continuous adherence to quality standards.

-Coordinate the calibration of gauges and measuring equipment to maintain precision in production.

-Direct management of up to four quality technicians.

Schedule is 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

Salary range is $75,000-90,000 depending on experience. Great direct hire opportunity offering full benefits package, paid time off, insurance, and 401K Relocation assistance is available as well

Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelors degree in quality engineering or related.

-Six Sigma certification or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a plus.

-Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost-effective manufacturing techniques.

-Experience with measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, thread rings, and thread plugs.
