Job Description The U.S. Bank Law Division is seeking an experienced attorney to join the Digital Legal Team. This unique role will put you at the center of digital transformation at U.S. Bank and allow you to be directly engaged with clients in an agile environment throughout the product development lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide legal support to the Chief Digital Office as it develops, refines, and deploys customer facing digital financial services experiences.
Draft terms of use and legal disclosures for digital financial services platforms.
Provide cross functional legal support on digital transformation at U.S. Bank.
Participate in industry working groups related to digital financial services.
Support innovation across the organization by providing thought leadership and legal counsel to research and development teams focused on emerging technology.
Location Expectations The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
Basic Qualifications Licensed by and in good standing with the appropriate state bar association or other appropriate state attorney licensing authority.
Preferred Skills/Experience Eight or more years of experience with the legal and regulatory aspects of digital banking platforms.
Understanding of the operational and technical aspects associated with digital banking platforms.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
Curious spirit that is excited to shape a specialized legal practice in a corporate setting.
Ability to assess risks and provide thoughtful advice in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong commitment to client service.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $149,515.00 - $175,900.00 - $193,490.00.
