Qualifications: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in retail or similar environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers. Excellent product knowledge, or the ability to learn, to be able to educate customers on new products. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and neat store environment. Creativity and innovation in generating event ideas that drive revenue and engage customers. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to have the ability to switch gears and/or handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Actively engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing valuable product information. Execute the FIT process and listening attentively to identify customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their understanding and satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays and merchandise. Identify opportunities for events and promotions that will increase revenue and attract new customers. Assist in planning and executing events to engage and retain current customers, such as clinics, demos, or special-sales. Other tasks as assigned. Required qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher Valid driver's license Retail skills: customer service Able to stand for duration of shift Available to work: weekends Preferred qualifications: 6+ months of experience in the retail industry 18 years or older Retail skills: addressing customer complaints Retail skills: point of sale (POS) operation Comfortable handling customer complaints Available to work: weekdays
