Special Education Teacher

Job description: Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities. Create, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students, ensuring goals are met and documented appropriately. Conduct assessments and monitor student progress to track their academic, social, and emotional development. Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to coordinate services and ensure a cohesive educational plan for each student. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the unique needs of students with special needs. Qualifications: Candidate must have LBS1 or ECE SPED certification.
