Requirements * High performer with experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation. * Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or physics (this is required). * Excellent academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework. * Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters. * Outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and have sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters. * Admission to the state bar in which you are practicing.
