CHG's latest project in Morristown, NJ involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets within a sustainably built, mixed-use property. These outlets include a ground-floor restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts.Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented French-Speaking Concierge to manage workplace hospitality services within a luxury workplace in Morristown, NJ. As the first point of contact for guests in the building, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in French and English, a warm demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.What You'll Do: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude, providing assistance in French and English. Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all registration details. Address guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the workplace, local attractions, and services in both French and English. Communicate effectively with the culinary team, housekeeping, maintenance, IT, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the workplace hospitality venues. Handle guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary. Provide solutions for unforeseen challenges, assisting team members with administrative tasks or guest requests as needed. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements. RequirementsWhat We Need From You: An eagerness to continue to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. A strong hospitality mindset with great attention to detail. Experience in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred, but not necessary. A collaborative and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments. Available to work from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to occasionally work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed. Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds. Fluency in French and English is highly preferred.
