  • Assess client needs and develop personalized service plans, incorporating crisis intervention and support strategies.
  • Build relationships with community partners, leveraging resources to enhance client outcomes.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 clients, ensuring timely progress updates and documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • High-Fidelity Wraparound training certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sensitivity to diversity and ability to work effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
