Who You Are
- A battle-tested race mechanic with 5-7 years of experience in motorsports, ideally in a lead or supervisory role.
- Experience working with GT3 race cars - Porsche (GT3 Cup), Lamborghini, and Ferrari a plus
- A mechanical mastermind who thrives on vehicle prep, performance optimization, and high-stakes execution.
- A leader who brings technical expertise, problem-solving instincts, and the ability to rally a crew under pressure.
- A clear communicator who syncs seamlessly with mechanics, engineers, and management to execute flawless car builds.
- A detail-obsessed professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing precision with urgency.
- A motorsports junkie who's comfortable working long hours, weekends, and high-intensity race schedules.
- An endurance racing veteran (preferred) with a valid driver's license and the tools to get the job done.
- Work side by side with elite technicians in the shop and on the road at race events, ensuring peak vehicle performance.
- Diagnose and attack mechanical issues with precision, pushing for every competitive advantage.
- Lead the charge in optimizing car reliability, performance, and crew efficiency-then execute your strategy.
- Deliver race-ready vehicles with next-level service, from meticulous prep to post-race analysis.
- Master the technical specs, race procedures, and pit lane regulations that separate contenders from champions.
- Perform high-stakes maintenance, adjustments, and repairs on top-tier race, performance, and street vehicles.
- Manage worklists and car prep details between races to keep operations razor-sharp.
- Handle race weekend setup and teardown, ensuring every second counts on and off the track.
- Represent Kellymoss and our sponsors with professionalism and passion, whether in the garage, pit lane, or beyond.
- Engage with VIPs, partners, and guests during shop tours and race events, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
- Keep the shop and pit area dialed in-clean, organized, and ready for action.
- Adapt to a demanding schedule, including nights, weekends, and long-haul travel (40%+ travel required).
