Senior Analyst, Finance This position is located in Reston, VAThis position is not remote workUS Citizenship or Green Card Holder - no sponsorship availablePURPOSE -To maximize the profitability of the company by identifying opportunities through financial reporting and analysis and providing financial counsel to the Senior Manager of Finance.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES -Maintain a highly effective partnership with the Logistics group in reporting business results, assisting with forecasting, and developing monthly analysisAct as liaison to accounting in reviewing monthly logistics expenses Maintain a highly effective partnership with the International Sales and Marketing group in reporting business results, assisting with forecasting, and developing price lists.Creates pro forma financial models and business plans for new products and changes to existing products in accordance with the Notice of Pack (NOP) process. Help ensure that sound financial decisions are made by cross-functional teams.Performs financial analysis of data reported within the various financial reporting systems including SAP.Helps develop operational and statistical reports, scorecards, trackers, and benchmarks that are used as a measurement of performance, profitability, and sustainability.Provide support for processing and developing key financial reports to empower management in decision making.KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES -3-5 years in a position of similar complexity, scope, size and international impact.BS or BA in Finance Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel requiredKnowledge of corporate policies and complianceDemonstrated prior success in achieving results using team driven philosophiesDemonstrated proficiency in supporting corporate interest from remote site locations and ability to communicate and exercise very positive people skills.Domestic Travel as requiredIf you have a disability and cannot apply online, please mail your resume and cover letter to:StarKist Co.1875 Explorer Street10th FloorReston, VA 20190ATTN: Human ResourcesPlease note: this option is for individuals with disabilities only.StarKist Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
