Position: Full-Time Nanny/Household Manager We are a vibrant family seeking a reliable and nurturing individual to care for our four children, aged 8, 10, 13, and 16. This is a full-time position with the option for live-in or live-out arrangements. Responsibilities: - Supervise and engage with the children, fostering a safe and supportive environment. - Plan and organize age-appropriate activities to stimulate their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. - Assist with homework and educational activities for the 9, 12, and 15-year-olds. - Prepare nutritious meals for the family, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences. - Maintain a clean and organized household, including light housekeeping duties related to the children's spaces. - Drive the children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and playdates. - Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in parenting styles and routines. Requirements: - Previous experience in childcare and a genuine passion for working with children. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize the well-being of the children. - Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. - Flexibility to adapt to the family's schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
