The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, building, and maintaining relationships with new & existing customers, assessing their needs, making product recommendations, as well as providing sound product knowledge and consultation. Our primary clients are single family builders, residential contractors, and project managers. We are looking for competitive, go-getters Someone motivated to drive sales and earn big commissions through results What You'll Do: Represents the company during the sales process by collecting data on customer needs and design specifications. Develops sales contracts for a wide range of projects. Troubleshoots field issues which may be difficult to resolve or are complex in nature. Effectively plans and conducts sales presentations for current and prospective customers. Researches, identifies and solicits new customers. Generates sales opportunities through research on client needs, industry competition and effective demonstration of the features and benefits of the company's products and services. Continuously updates customers on products and services and provides explanations how these products and services meet current or future customer requirements. The ideal candidate would have experience in the lumber and building materials industry, as well as construction industry experience. We are willing to train the right candidate who fits in with our team. In addition to the base wage listed, this position is further eligible to receive commission compensation for earned commissions related to sales of eligible Company products and/or services subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Commissions are based on a percentage of the transactions sold and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Commission Agreement.
