Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments to evaluate candidates? skills, experience, and career goals.
Develop and implement employment plans to assist job seekers in securing meaningful work.
- Coordinate with recruiters, employers, and support services to connect candidates with the right opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching, including resume assistance and interview preparation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of candidate progress and job placements.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations.
- Collaborate with workforce development programs, community organizations, and local businesses.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR services.
- Familiarity with employment laws and workforce training programs.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and job-matching software.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in human resources, social work, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1?2 years of experience in case management, recruiting, or workforce development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with job seekers and employers.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
