Our company provides services up and down the front range to a wide variety of residential and commercial clients. Come join our great team in a fun fast-paced environment.Job Summary:Lead Technicians are responsible for leading restoration crew members on water, sewage, fire/smoke, and mold projects. Job responsibilities include: making contact with the customer, setting up/monitoring/takedown of equipment, demolition, cleaning up job site, warehouse organization, and company vehicle maintenance.Requirements:Ability to lead by example and set the toneCurrent IICRC certification is preferred2-3 years of disaster restoration experienceExcellent communication skillsHardworking, reliable, organizedAbility to work extended/on-call hoursMust be able to lift and carry up to 60 poundsValid CO Driver's LicenseClean DMV and ability to pass a background checkCore Job Duties:Supervising and training restoration techniciansSetting the example of how to properly manage a lossAssessment and documentation on job siteEnsuring all paperwork is completed correctlyAdherence to IICRC and 24-7 Restoration protocolsVehicle and equipment care and maintenanceHelping to ensure a clean and organized warehouseResponsible for crew's quality and productivity performanceExcellent and responsive customer serviceAbility to communicate effectively with customers, crew, and managementWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceLeadership Development - our company grows from the inside.
