$500 Sign-On Bonus Based on Experience

As a member of ABC's Lawn Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining beautiful landscapes for our customers. Your work will enhance the appearance of lawns and gardens, ensuring our clients enjoy lush, well-manicured outdoor spaces. Seeking a detail oriented individual who is disciplined, diligent and sincere. This individual is cooperative - willing to learn and apply specialized technical knowledge to help maintain the customers' lawn and outdoor space with professionalism and excellent customer service.

What You'll Bring:

* To apply for this position, you must have a minimum of 1 year of lawn maintenance experience.

* Do you hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application? (Only needed if assigned as a driver)

* Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time.

* Ability to deliver quality work on a consistent basis.

* Accountability and a strong work ethic.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and maintain good composure.

* Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route.

* Dependable and self-motivated with a desire to work year-round.

* English speaking is preferred but not required.

* Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.

What You'll Do:

* Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleaning beds, and all other lawn maintenance work is done in a professional manner.

* Prepare equipment and supplies needed for the workday, i.e., trash bags, brooms, rakes, lawn tools, ice, etc., and load them in the truck and trailer.

* Learn and use all equipment efficiently and safely as directed by the Crew Leader.

* Become familiar with customers' expectations and service contracts.

* Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.
