Responsibilities

•Create engaging and effective step/dance lesson plans for different skill levels and age groups

•Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment in the classroom

•Teach step/dance techniques and routines with a focus on skill development and creativity

•Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and confidence

•Organize and oversee dance performances and recitals to showcase students' progress and talents

Qualifications

•2+ years of experience as a Step/Dance Instructor

•Proficiency in lesson planning

•Strong classroom management skills

•Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

•US work authorization
