Manufacturing Press Helper

Staffmark is hiring a Manufacturing Press Helper to join a growing team in Springfield, OH. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and support related functions Meet or exceed production and quality standards Perform routine quality checks and complete required documentation Move raw materials and finished products in/out of containers (tubs, skids, boxes) Maintain accurate records (scrap, time sheets, traceability, etc.) Follow company policies, safety procedures, and maintain a clean work area Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or GED Prior manufacturing experience required; press operation experience preferred Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Must wear steel-toed shoes and safety glasses Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
