Premier Summer Camp Culinary Arts Director Join Camp Laurel, a residential Maine children's camp with exceptional facilities, as our Culinary Arts Director. Our fully-integrated professional cooking studio is 2,500 square feet and the perfect place to introduce campers to the culinary arts. Daily Responsibilities: Oversee a staff of six Plan and execute three 2-hour classes per day Organize various special culinary events and programs Required Skills: Culinary Education Menu Planning Wide variety of foods Allergy Awareness Food Quality Company Information Camp Laurel is at the forefront of the Maine camping tradition. Laurel is one of New England's premier 7-week, residential, co-ed camps combining cutting-edge programming in a family atmosphere. Our exemplary staff provides a safe, fun, nurturing environment for children ages 7-15.
