Qualifications: A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care Education: MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education Licensure: Current state license as a social worker Experience: 2 years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
