Position Overview:The Sales Lead will oversee the success and growth of the Humphreys Street coffee wholesale program. They are responsible for generating new coffee wholesale accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working alongside our social enterprise team to further the mission of Harvest Hands and Humphreys Street.Sales & Lead GenerationProactively contact new and existing leads daily via phone, email, in person and social media to drive sales and engagement.Generate sales leads through market research and community networking.Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with wholesale partners.Work with the Sales Coordinator to generate new coffee wholesale leads through the Coffee Cart and retail sales events.Assist with Coffee Cart and retail events as needed.Create and manage clear processes for communication between customers and the production team.Communicate and handle urgent calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.Coordinate with the Production Manager to fulfill customer orders, inform customers of delays, and arrange delivery dates.Cross-Department CollaborationCollaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, and deliveries are handled efficiently and effectively.Work with the Marketing Manager to create and update sales and promotional materials.Ensure invoices are being paid on time with the support of the Sales Coordinator and Finance Manager.Stay up-to-date on business development opportunities to engage companies and customers in broader Harvest Hands initiatives, such as event sponsorships and employee volunteerism.Performance & ReportingUse a data-informed approach to monitor pipeline activity, sales performance, and market trends.Meet the goals and expectations set by the Director of Social Enterprise.Report on key metrics and identify opportunities to improve the sales process.Required QualificationsTwo years of experience in sales preferredProven ability to manage leads proactively and move opportunities through a pipeline.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and problem-solve in real time.Comfortable managing customer relationships and cross-functional communicationUse a reporting platform (Monday.com) to track progress. Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and take initiativeFull-time (40 hours/week)Salary + bonus potential based on goals and performance recblid 2yc2p4ojs02e24nlz051dju53mz12h
