If you're passionate about helping children and youth succeed using evidence-based behavioral strategies in home, school, and clinic settings, we want you to join our team as an ABA Technician in the Community Wraparound Program in Westfield or Springfield What You will Do: As an ABA Technician, you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you will help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments. Who You Are: Bachelors Degree with at least 1 year of experience working with youth and families OR Associates Degree with at least 2 years of relevant direct service experience, Strong communication skills and a desire to support others, Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred), Ability to implement behavioral strategies and work collaboratively with families. Valid driver license and reliable transportation (required).
