Licensed Behavior AnalystLocation: Yonkers, New YorkEmployment Type: Part-TimeMinimum Experience: ExperiencedCompensation: $90 / hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking individuals with a minimum of one year of experience as a BCBA. Our positions are designed for individuals who are focused on delivering the highest level of ABA therapy. We do this by keeping things simple. Our RBT's have been carefully selected from a large pool of candidates. We want you focused on ABA and not on constantly training new candidates. Everything we do is focused on delivering excellence.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients.Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress through data collection.Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques.Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.Conduct regular patient assessments to adjust treatment plans as necessary.Advocate for clients needs within various settings, ensuring access to appropriate resources.ExperienceBoard Certification and Licensed in Behavior Analysis is required.One year of experience working as a BCBA with children with autism.Proficiency in data collection methods and patient assessment techniques.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.What we offerCompetitive hourly rate.Continued professional development opportunities, including BCBA/LBA recertification support.A collaborative and supportive work environment dedicated to client success.Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve through dedicated behavioral analysis and support. recblid s56dzmlvdo0o2uw1wg42akeg4rsrk4
