Soliant Education is looking to hire aBoard-Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA)to work part-time with us in a partner school district located near Brush Prairie, WA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide In-person, In-home services 1:1 Caseload
  • Implement principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to guide instructional decisions and supervision practices.
  • Supervise (2) Registered Behavior Technician staff working directly with students.
  • Develop instructional programs to meet educational objectives.
  • Write annual and revision IEPs when needed.
  • Develop and maintain treatment plans for each student

Required:BCBA certification, Masters degree from an accredited university
Experience working in educational settings preferred, but not required

Compensation and Benefits:
W2 contracted position for the 2024-2025school year with potential for contract renewal
Flexibility in scheduling
Competitive and negotiable hourly rate based on experience
