Overview

In Home Aides: Must be Bi-Lingual (CNA/In-Home Aide)

$15/hour

Client: Winston Salem, NC 7 days a week 12 pm - 8 pm

Entry level job applicants welcome

We are hiring compassionate, hard working, friendly and reliable In-home aides to provide assistance with personal care and home management tasks to clients in their home, hospital, and other appropriate settings. No experience? No worries We'll provide training

Responsibilities
  • Grooming and bathing patients with low mobility
  • Preparing each patient room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment and bathroom needs
  • Helping patients eat and take medications
  • Making sure they have regular meals and proper medication dosages
  • Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff
  • Assisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed
  • Turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfort
  • Exercising patients by helping them walk
  • Assist individuals with personal care needs (bathing, toileting, dressing, etc)
  • Assist individuals with daily living skills (eating, cooking, etc)
  • Housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc)
Qualifications
    • 18 years of age or older
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 3 months or more of caregiving experience
    • Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
    • Valid Car insurance (if providing transportation to a client)
