Were looking for a retail Sales Lead (keyholder) thats passionate about supporting unique style, creative spirits and small business as well as being a Flea Style brand ambassador This rockstar will help manage our retail store located at The Star in Frisco. DAILY JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:Positively represent Flea Style inside and outside the storeOverseeing daily retail operationsDeveloping and implementing growth strategies for sales and teamManage timely and accurate shipping + BOPIS orders for online closetTraining sales staffDelegate responsibilities to sales staffCoaching and developing sales floor procedures and policiesPersonal ongoing self-development and personal growth as an employeeOpen and/or close the storeKnowledge and excitement for our small businessCreate a fun and smooth customer experienceMotivate the team to meet and exceed teams sales goalsProcess inventoryPoint of sale whizStyle hats for customers in our Hat Bar, creating unique, one-of-a-kind piecesLoss prevention assistanceSpecial events assistancePeriodic after-hours event assistance LIKE WE SAID, WE'RE LOOKING FOR ROCK STARSWE ALSO EXPECT THE FOLLOWING:Initiate authentic client connections post-sale through communication via social media, e-mail, hand-written notes and phone calls daily and weeklyEmbody and represent the company culture on the sales floor while ensuring adherence to policies and proceduresMaintain customer communication, data, appointments and sales trackingAssist on all aspects of the customer experience through fit sessions and meetingsContribute to in-store meetings and walk-throughsCommunicate customer feedbackOffer community resources and local recommendations for customers (ex. tailor, restaurants, dry cleaners, etc.) recblid v7wr7cc836mgk9wam2w5mnc577ffp0
