Position Summary The Global Vice President of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving worldwide revenue growth, building high-performing, collaborative teams, and elevating the Leatherman brand across global markets. This is a strategic and hands-on executive role for a results-oriented leader with a proven record of developing and executing global sales and marketing strategies that expand market presence, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global sales and marketing strategy aligned with Leathermans mission and growth objectives. Team Development: Build and empower a high-performing, diverse sales and marketing organization that fosters innovation and accountability. Revenue Growth: Lead execution to achieve ambitious revenue and market share goals in both established and emerging markets. Brand Management: Elevate the Leatherman brand through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and digital initiatives ensuring global consistency. Customer Engagement: Strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers while championing a customer-first mindset. Market Insights: Leverage global market trends and analytics to identify opportunities and guide business decisions. Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Finance to align commercial strategy and drive performance.
