Social Worker (MSW) for our Care Management team at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This is a Per-Diem position that will work 8-hour Weekend Day shifts. Weekend shifts are defined as Saturday / Sunday and a minimum of two (2) weekends are requested to be worked.
The Medical Social Worker reports to the Director of Case Management or designee. Responsible for providing social services to patients and their families. Provides clinical social work services in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Providence Health & Services and the NASW.

Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
- 1 year or more of medical social work within a hospital (psychiatric or medical).
- Computer experience. Computer literacy.
