And you can too, so bring your energy to ours The Commercial Contract Analyst Sr. will be responsible for serving as a consultant within the business on crafting structured commercial agreements. You will also work with our Gulf Coast team on gas processing and gathering, regulated gas pipelines, and other related assets and agreements. The ability to resolve customer issues and mentor other team members are keys to success Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you'll quickly learn and grow with us. Responsibilities/Expectations: + Prepares and coordinates the creation, redlining, and execution of sophisticated agreements with an emphasis on negotiating terms that improve value and mitigate contractual exposure + Leads communication with internal and external partners to collaborate on contract and document draft/redline/execution + Contributes through identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives, with an eye for tools, ideas, and process improvements to increase efficiencies within the group + Assists the business to find adequate contract solutions for their customers + Crafts new contract templates and updates the existing templates on as as-needed basis; makes recommendations to our policies and guidelines for commercial contracts + Collaborates with various partners with new business development opportunities and/or special projects + Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: + Required: High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in preparing natural gas midstream, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture agreements + Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, energy management, finance, accounting, or paralegal studies Other Requirements: + Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills + Prior experience with contract management systems (e.g. Cobblestone Contract Insight) + Preferred: Strength in communicating with varying audiences + Preferred: Ability to multitask and prioritize work, including coordinating with multiple internal partners About Houston (Williams Tower Location): Our Houston office is located in the Williams Tower, just steps from the Houston Galleria on Post Oak Boulevard, an area with more than 700 retailers, fine dining and hotels within two square miles.
