These Partners came from BIG LAW and formed their own firm in the last year and are growing fast and have a lot of work that needs help Will be a great time to join and move up the ranks, gain exposure, etc Excellent benefits and competitive pay Job Details Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active member of the State Bar of California, and in good standing ideally 2+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on civil litigation (insurance defense a plus) Proficiency in legal research software, including Westlaw, and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. Experience in taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions and legal research Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work independently and collaboratively A strong understanding of legal procedures and the ability to apply them in a variety of contexts A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct Trial experience not required, but is a plus Interested in hearing more?
