We are a leading sales firm in the Clearwater area. Our mission and goal here at Channel Focus is to build outstanding relationships with our customers and clients. Right now, we need to fill a Telecommunications Sales Trainee position that will symbolize our brand with pride, integrity, and excellent customer service. The position's primary responsibility is to promote and sell our client's products and services directly in person to our customer base. We believe that having a conversation in person with the customer at their home is where they are most comfortable talking about their needs. The quality of our client's products and services is far better than anything on the market now, so the customer experience is an essential part of this role.The Telecommunications Sales Trainee is the direct link between our clients and their consumer base. If you are social, want to improve your communication skills, or simply want to gain experience in Sales, this position may be right for you Someone with a background in Customer Service, Sales, or Business typically excels in this role. Since the Telecommunications Sales Trainee is the frontman of our brand, they are an essential part of our team. Taking on a more prominent role in the telecommunications field, we need someone who will be comfortable presenting our services to the customers in person, directly, at their homes. Telecommunications Sales Trainee Responsibilities: Create personal relationships with our customers on behalf of our clients with a professional attitude, transparent communication, and a lending ear to all problems that need a resolution. Schedule service appointments and troubleshoot any customer problems with the current services they are enrolled in. Be proficient in maneuvering through customer complaints with professionalism. Provide feedback to the Sales team and communicate all customer concerns to management. Become well versed in the client information concerning products, services, discounts, and deals they offer.
