ONSITE ONLY: Full-Time Child Support Specialist IV Location: Onsite, Lexington, KY
$18.00 per hour in training
$18.00 per hour in production
Hours: Training and working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM

About The Role
As a Child Support Specialist IV, you will provide research and accuracy for child support payments. Outbound and inbound calls required, processing payments.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
- Accurately research and resolve child support payments.
- Processing payments.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work.
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality and production.
- Must be familiar with telephone systems and window-based computer applications.
- Provide functional guidance, training and assistance to staff as needed.
- Must be able to work under strict deadlines and timeframes.
- Handle multiple assignments when needed.
- Outbound and Inbound calls.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work under strict deadlines.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to meet the requirements of a background check.
- Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
- Good attendance/punctuality
- 2 years of payment processing experience.
- Knowledge of the PC and related software.
- Proficient keyboard skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Success Factors:
- Accurate typing skills.
- Attention to detail/accurate typing skills.
Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business needs, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for the role is $18.00
