REQUIREMENTS Candidates should possess demonstrated expertise in intellectual property litigation, preferably within a large law firm environment. An electrical engineering or computer science or similar undergraduate degree is not required but is a plus. In addition, candidates must have: - a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; - strong knowledge of intellectual property laws, including patents; - excellent legal research and writing skills; - ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear and concise recommendations to senior members of the group and clients; - strong attention to detail and organizational skills; - effective communication and interpersonal skills; - ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; and - proficiency in legal research tools and technology SUMMARY Vanguard Intellectual Partners (Vanguard-IP) specializes in the placement of IP/Patent professionals nationwide.
