Your Role

In this Per Diem Licensed Clinical Social Worker Role, you will be responsible for providing a range of social work services to patients and their families. This includes:

  • Assessing patients' psychosocial needs and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Providing individual and family counseling, as well as crisis intervention services.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participating in continuing education and staff development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital experience.
