We are seeking a seasoned Market and Industry Research Analyst specializing in AI applications within Cloud IT and business services. This role will serve as an authoritative voice in analyzing market trends, forecasting industry developments, and providing actionable insights to clients navigating the rapidly evolving AI landscape for Cloud Services. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of AI technologies with strong business acumen and exceptional research capabilities. Key Responsibilities Research and Analysis Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research on emerging AI technologies and their application in Cloud IT and business services Design and implement comprehensive market research studies to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities in the AI sector Develop market forecasts and predictions about AI adoption, implementation challenges, and potential business impacts Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights into AI market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape across AI vendors, solutions, and service providers Content Development and Thought Leadership Create compelling, high-quality research reports, white papers, and thought leadership content on AI technologies and their business applications Develop frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to help organizations successfully implement AI solutions Ideate, scope, and produce forward-looking research that addresses critical challenges faced by business and technology leaders Prepare and deliver tailored briefings for clients that translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights Contribute to research agenda development by identifying emerging areas of interest in AI Client Engagement and Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on AI strategy, implementation approaches, and vendor selection Conduct briefings and advisory sessions to help clients navigate complex AI decisions and investments Present research findings at industry events, webinars, and client conferences Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders, vendors, and practitioners in the AI space Support sales teams by providing expert insights during client conversations Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Knowledge Deep understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI Research and Analytical Skills Strong qualitative and quantitative research methodology expertise Advanced analytical thinking and ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights Experience designing research frameworks and data collection methods Ability to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in large datasets Critical thinking skills to question assumptions and validate findings Business and Industry Knowledge Comprehensive understanding of IT and business services markets Knowledge of AI implementation challenges across different industries Awareness of ethical, regulatory, and governance issues surrounding AI deployment Understanding of enterprise services procurement and decision-making processes Ability to translate Services Asset technical capabilities into business value propositions Communication and Presentation Skills Exceptional writing abilities with experience creating research reports and thought leadership content Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex topics to non-technical audiences Experience conducting interviews with industry experts and C-level General Managers Ability to facilitate discussions and working sessions with diverse stakeholder groups Clear communication of data-driven insights that drive business decisions Education and Experience Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or PhD preferred in fields such as Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or related disciplines 5+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, technology consulting, or related fields Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies and their business applications Prior experience at a research and advisory firm, consulting organization, or similar role highly valued Track record of producing high-quality research content and client-facing deliverables Personal Attributes Intellectual curiosity and passion for understanding emerging technologies Self-motivated with ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate complex, evolving subject matter Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work Ethical judgment and awareness of responsible AI principles #LI-SK1 #Remote Who are we? Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
