Production Supervisor

Now hiring Production Supervisor Monroe, LA Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays) | 8 AM - 5 PM Big Shift. Big Crew. Big Expectations. You're Built for It. You'll Own the Daily Hustle By Bringing a diploma or GED (extra training is a bonus) Stepping in with 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment Staying on your feet, lifting 50 lbs, and keeping the pace all shift Knowing the safety rules and making sure your crew follows them Knowledge of steel products and the pipe manufacturing process Able to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications Responsibilities: Team Leadership Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of team members involved in metal processing, pipe fabrication, and related production operations. Workflow Management Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure all work is completed efficiently and in alignment with production schedules. Quality Assurance Inspect finished work to verify it meets all specifications, quality requirements, and company standards. Safety Compliance Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies; conduct routine safety inspections to ensure a safe work environment. Resource & Equipment Management Oversee proper use, care, and maintenance of tools, machinery, and materials to support optimal productivity. Training & Development Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support for new employees and existing staff to strengthen skill levels and overall team performance. Problem Resolution Identify and address production issues quickly while implementing effective corrective actions. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of production output, labor hours, material usage, and other required documentation. Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with sales, logistics, maintenance, and other departments to meet customer needs and support smooth workflow across the organization. Be the Boss.
