REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have experience from a major law firm representing innovative pharmaceutical and biotech companies in IP Litigation as well as excellent academic credentials and a Life Sciences background. Specific requirements include the following: * A Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school. * Must be admitted, and in good standing, to the bar in the jurisdiction in which you will practice; or must provide written confirmation as to ability to become admitted in that State or District. * Degree in chemistry or biology (preferred). * Experience in Hatch-Waxman and/or BPCIA litigation (preferred. * Analytical, research, and writing skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.
