Candidates with prior experience working with people with chronic illness, marginalization, trauma, and/or substance use disorders will be preferred.We are offering a $7000 sign-on/retention bonus for this position. *The bonus is available for external hires only, and certain conditions apply.This is a full-time, 40-hour/week, benefitted position.More information about our benefits can be found here:DHMC and Clinics Employee BenefitsResponsibilities* Provide psychosocial assessments and counseling of patients and families in the care of the HIV program, as well as patients living with HCV and taking PrEP* Evaluate, diagnose and provide treatment for patients within areas including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, eating disorders; is expected to refer out if patients are outside scope of practice.* Availability for consultation, and support during clinic hours at identified clinics.* Collaborate effectively with team members when appropriate.* Performs other duties as required or assigned.Qualifications* Master's degree in social work OR Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Counseling/Therapy, or Addictions Counseling from an accredited institution of higher education, including an internship meeting professional standards* Must be able to demonstrate that he or she has provided psychological services, on an inpatient, outpatient or consultative basis in the past 12 months.Required Licensure/Certifications- Licensed at the time of hire as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) OR Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC) in New Hampshire* Remote:Hybrid Remote;* Area of Interest:Allied Health;* FTE/Hours per pay period:1.00 - 1.00 - 40 hrs/week;* Shift:Day;* Job ID:26781;Dartmouth Health is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
