Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, nights, flexible Employment Type: Local Contract CT Technologist Location: Metairie, LA Pay: $37 – $40 per hour Schedule: Full-Time (Shift details discussed during interview) Job Description We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join a healthcare facility in Metairie, Louisiana. The CT Tech will perform diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and adherence to departmental protocols. Responsibilities Perform CT scans per physician orders and established protocols Prepare, position, and educate patients prior to imaging Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards Accurately document procedures in the EMR/EHR system Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff Requirements ARRT certification in CT required Active Louisiana license (if applicable) Minimum 1 year of CT experience preferred Strong knowledge of radiation safety and imaging protocols Ability to work independently and in a team environment About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
