What are we looking for? We're seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team. This role will focus primarily on hiring Go-To-Market (GTM) roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) in the US, while collaborating closely with global stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end hiring for GTM roles, primarily in the US market * Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies * Conduct in-depth HR and behavioral interviews * Partner closely with hiring managers to define profiles, align on hiring plans, and deliver results * Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process * Use data and insights to continuously improve recruiting and onboarding processes * Contribute to scaling and optimizing Apono's global talent acquisition practices Requirements: * 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a startup / high-tech environment - must * Proven experience hiring GTM roles in the US market - must * Strong sourcing capabilities and pipeline-building expertise * Experience conducting structured behavioral interviews * Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams * Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment Location: New York, NY (3 Times a week in the office) Why Join Us? * Salary range- $120k-$140k * Equity in a fast-growing cybersecurity company - share in what we build together * 401(k) retirement plan * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance * HSA and FSA options available * Life insurance plus short and long-term disability coverage * Unlimited PTO and paid holidays
