Pay: $90K - $100K per year, based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll ensure a safe and productive work environment by overseeing the maintenance and improvement of the building's structure, facility equipment, systems, and process equipment.
- Plan, install, maintain, and service devices, machinery, and equipment in compliance with legal regulations.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of general maintenance, major repairs, and construction projects in partnership with the Facilities Engineer.
- Delegate tasks to the maintenance team to ensure routine and preventive maintenance is completed.
- Lead the company's Preventive Maintenance Program and minimize downtime due to facility or maintenance issues.
- Oversee the On-Call Program and respond to escalated maintenance requests.
- Communicate with other departments to prioritize and coordinate activities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding environmental and safety matters.
- Ensure adherence to the company's Code of Conduct and report any deviations to compliance officers and management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
- At least five years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of contracts, system manuals, and blueprints.
- Excellent interpersonal, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ISO and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply regulatory and technical data.
- Capable of performing calculations and interpreting analytical results.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and employees.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and work in various physical conditions (standing, kneeling, etc.).
