RESPONSIBILITIES * Complete required QSAC orientation. * Ensure health, safety & welfare of individuals. * Conduct formal and informal assessments of educational programs and behavior interventions. * Supervise Teacher's Assistants/Aides and participate in the implementation of educational programs and behavior interventions. * Implement and adhere to IEP/Student Program. * Supervise and implement completion of program/student documentation. * Supervise and delegate responsibilities to Teacher's Assistants/Aides. * Complete and maintain training requirements. * Complete required program documentation/certifications (e.g. Employee Medicals, PPD, CPR, etc. as required). * Interact/communicate with parents, college interns, professionals, and other interested visitors. * Punctuality and regular attendance is expected. * Maintain participant/family confidentiality. * Commitment to company values and adherence to policies. * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management. Hourly Rate - $23.00-$29.00 - Commensurate with level of certification, education, experience and ABA credentials (if applicable). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree or higher in any concentration, but highly preferred in fields such as Education, Psychology, or Social Work. * Certification in General Education * Experience with Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis preferred. * Ability to run. * Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb items. * Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s). * Ability to communicate effectively with others and individuals served.
